Customer Service Advisor OA is on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing and dynamic team We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to be part of this busy and exciting environment. Our client specialises in designing, manufacturing, and distributing home textiles and soft toys, supplying leading department stores, independent retailers, and online platforms. Location: Hemel Hempstead Hours: Full-time. Monday – Friday. 9-5:30. Office based. Salary: Up to £24,000-£26,000 Customer Service Advisor - Benefits: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays plus holiday loyalty scheme. Company pension scheme. Onsite parking. Customer Service Advisor - Key Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact to the customer. Handling customer enquiries over email and phone. Order processing. Supporting the account managers. Good product knowledge. Ensuring all queries are handled in an efficient manor. Customer Service Advisor - Skills and Experience: Passionate about delivering great customer service with an enthusiastic can-do attitude. Confident telephone manner. Methodical and highly organised in your approach to managing tasks and projects. Have the ability to manage priorities independently and problem solve quickly and professionally. Able to use the Microsoft suite confidently. Enthusiastic and passionate about our products, with an interest in interiors and fashion helpful. A confident communicator able to communicate our brand identity to customers, stockists and retailers with strong verbal and written skills.
