Working Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm - 41.25 hours per week M.P.Smith & Co Ltd is a leading Importer and Distributor of Hardware and Ironmongery supplying the Independent Wholesale market. We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our small Sales Team. You will play a key role in the department, with a focus around Customers and Sales. Your role will vary from taking and processing customer orders, customer record management, tracking and analysing sales metrics, speaking to customers, producing sales reports, conducting email campaigns, some website management. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering results. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate and organise are vital to the success of this role. Ideally, the candidate should have some experience within a sales administrative role, however, full training will be given. Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Order Processing Speaking to Customers and dealing with queries. Customer Record Management Producing Monthly Sales Reports Analysing Customer Trends Conducting email/social media campaigns Minor Website management Other administrative duties around Sales and telesales. Sales Administrator Requirements: Previous experience in an Internal Sales driven environment preferred. Experience of sales email/social media marketing would be an advantage. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are essential, together with a high level of attention to detail are essential.
