What you’ll bring to the role:
* Maximising performance by developing and executing the Parts department business plans.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, monitoring customer service levels and providing the necessary support to Service and Sales departments.
* An analytical approach, utilising monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability and productivity.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with the wider Aftersales and Sales teams on a daily basis.
* Ensuring all company and manufacturer disciplines, procedures, and reporting analysis are adhered to.
* Experience in a parts management or supervisor role, leading a team in a high-pressure environment to deliver an above budget financial performance.
