Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Sernabatim, Colva, South Goa
Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
o Set clear sales goals and objectives, and provide regular performance feedback.
o Foster a high-performance sales culture through motivation, coaching, and professional development.
2. Sales Strategy:
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
o Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Identify and address customer needs and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
o Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
4. Sales Operations:
o Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales targets, revenues, and market share.
o Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
o Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
o Provide feedback on product development and market trends to influence strategic decisions.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Working Conditions and Other Benefits:
* Monday - Saturday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
