Internal Sales Executive Fulltime- Permanent Leicestershire Monday- Friday Metalis are working with a creative Civil Engineering company, promoting and leading innovation throughout the UK to deliver sustainable solutions Their sales department is expanding due to organic growth for the business. This is an opportunity to support your development in technical sales within the civils/construction sector. You will be a vital part of the department's future growth Key responsibilities: Achieve personal and department targets Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required. Assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies. Provide a 3-monthly sales forecast. Maintain and update customer relations management system. Develop new and existing targeted accounts. Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers. Provide quotations from customer enquiries. Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.Requirements of the role Proven experience within the Construction, Engineering or manufacturing Industry (Desirable) Target driven Experience in Customer Relations Able to communicate at all levels Computer literate with good IT skills Proven success in Sales/Account Management rolesWhat's on offer: Competitive Salary Office opening hours offering an excellent work/life balance. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
