Are you detail-oriented and ready for a new role? We’re seeking a proactive person to assist our Debt Collection Agencies manage their portfolio of accounts to ensure timely debt recovery. You’ll also work closely with our Finance and Technical teams to help resolve queries.
You'll manage a portfolio of debt cases that require a range of recovery and escalation strategies to ensure timely collection and/or resolutions. You will also work closely with our other teams to assist our DCA's, helping them optimise recover performance and ensuring a satisfactory resolution for both our business and the customers!
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
* Intermediate IT skills in MS Office;
* Highly numerate with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records;
* Debt Collection Processes knowledge;
* Ability to organize time effectively and prioritise tasks/resources to meet deadlines.
