A leading cloud based HR software solution are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their growing Digital function based in London. Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience in Customer Marketing in a fast based B2B/ Technology business.
This is an exciting role for a Customer Marketing Manager with a passion for crafting and delivering strategies that support business growth and deliver a great user experience. You will be responsible for building and executing the Customer Marketing strategy in line with their business goals.
Responsibilities
1. Alongside the Marketing Director, define annual customer marketing plan, objectives and goals
2. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers, promote loyalty and advocacy, and drive revenue growth
3. Develop and manage customer referral and loyalty programs to promote customer acquisition and retention
4. Develop and drive integrated campaigns that support account management pipeline and revenue targets
5. Focus on cross-sell and upsell campaigns
6. Attend customer meetings and at events, and be voice of the customer back into the marketing team
7. Create value selling stories (case studies, webinar/event presentations etc.) that educate and engage their customers
Experience
8. 3+ years’ experience in Customer Marketing position
9. Proven track record of developing and delivering a strategy for a B2B/tech company
10. Experience in the development and execution of integrated campaigns to support the upswell/cross sell of products to an existing customer base
11. Have proven experience in writing value selling stories/content (emails, newsletters, presentations, case studies etc.)
12. Proficient in marketing automation ( Hubspot)
13. Experience using a CRM platform (Salesforce an advantage)
