We are looking for two Retail Operations Administration Assistants: one full-time 6-month fixed-term contract and one 28-hour per week permanent role. The roles are office-based in our small and busy office situated above our Swindon warehouse.
As a Retail Operations Administration Assistant, your role will be to proactively assist the retail team in ensuring the 130+ Marie Curie high street shops across the country trade efficiently, effectively, and compliantly. Duties will consist of a range of administrative tasks to support the team, including product ordering, supplier relationships, SharePoint maintenance, complaint & incident management, maintaining records, reporting, and other ad-hoc duties to support commercial activities.
You will be responsible for:
* Producing and distributing daily sales & KPI reports.
* Handling all complaints, incidents, accidents, and safeguarding issues, providing welfare checks to teams, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and escalated as needed, with the available support put in place.
* Sourcing equipment and consumables, selecting the most price-effective options and delivery SLAs with suppliers. Placing purchase orders, communicating delivery times, and ensuring delivery targets are met.
* Maintaining records and systems in accordance with the requirements of the retail team, including SharePoint and Vantage, to ensure efficient management of information.
* Monitoring and maintaining volunteer training records, ensuring they are accurately completed and recorded, and if not, supporting the retail managers to ensure the training is delivered effectively.
* Building and maintaining relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and internet.

* Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Salary: £20,821.00 - £22,088.00 per annum pro rata
