Description Do you have a good understanding of the Early Career Framework and induction process for ECTs? We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of best practice in teaching and learning and professional development of leaders to join the team as Delivery Partner Lead on a 12-month FTC basis, to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a pivotal role for the organisation and you'll be responsible for owning the onboarding, quality assurance, compliance, training and development and ongoing relationship management with Delivery Partners on our teacher training programme. In this role, you'll work closely with the School Partnerships team to secure new Delivery Partners and recontract existing ones, and will be the point of contact throughout their participation on the programme. As Delivery Partner Lead, you'll support our Delivery Partners to be fully compliant according to the DfE contract. Please note - preferred start date for this role is 1 March 2025. We would like you to: Support the development of a network of Delivery Partners where best practice can be shared and modelled, and provides a strong voice for Ambition within the sector Have responsibility for management of relationships with our key partners, including Multi Academy Trusts, Teaching School Hubs, SCITTs and Universities Work closely with our operations team to create, manage, and share reports on all aspect of delivery partner data Support Delivery Partners and internal stakeholders to resolve cases of data discrepancies. Working in a hybrid way, you’ll be attached to either our Birmingham, London or Manchester office and will report to the Associate Director of Delivery. In line with our current ways of working, you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a month, in addition to team days and this may be reviewed by Ambition. Skills, Knowledge and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll have a good understanding of the Early Career Framework or National Professional Qualification. You'll possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills and will be able to utilise a range of data and information sources to identify issues and underlying causes.
