We are looking to boost our team at Funforts. You should have a positive attitude towards children having fun in a safe environment and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will be bubbly, chatty, and aware of health and safety procedures to ensure Funforts is a safe place for all.
Additionally, we host children's parties at Funforts, so organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure all parties are enjoyable and memorable.
You will enjoy working here and getting to know our diverse customers. Passion for providing an incredible guest experience is key. You will work well within a team to ensure the food and drinks look and taste fantastic, delivered with integrity and enthusiasm. Courteous and hospitable behavior, making recommendations, engaging in friendly conversation, and promptly answering guest questions should come naturally to you.
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, following health and safety standards, and ensuring your area is inviting and well-presented at all times are crucial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be a team player – communicate well and collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance customer experience.
2. Be smart and friendly – maintain a professional appearance and approachable manner, staying calm and courteous during busy shifts.
3. Be well organized and tidy – multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and keep your area clean and attractive.
4. Prioritize safety – be aware of allergen safety, COVID-19 protocols, and adhere to health and safety procedures and licensing laws, reporting any risks to management.
5. Become a product expert – know our offerings thoroughly, from drinks to table settings, and share your knowledge confidently.
6. Handle stock and cash – use EPOS systems accurately to record orders and process payments.
7. Be eager to learn – participate in training, online courses, and on-the-job coaching to develop your skills.
