Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Bath
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time and Part-Time
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
About Our Client:
Our client is a top-tier law firm recognised nationally for their expertise in sectors such as Business & Social Enterprise, Charity, Education, Faith, and Private Client. With a collaborative culture and a commitment to supporting their clients and communities, they are known for their specialist expertise.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage an interesting and varied caseload of commercial property matters, with a focus on supporting the education sector.
2. Deal with advice on:
1. Complex acquisitions
2. Disposals
3. Estate management
4. Retail leases
5. Joint ventures
6. Mixed-use development projects
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
1. Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience in commercial property law.
2. 3-5 years of experience in managing your own caseload.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex transactions.
5. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
1. Prior experience in education property is beneficial but not essential.
