Job summary The North West Ambulance Service is looking for an Administrator to join them as the main point of contact for the Estates Team. The post holder will primarily deliver a professional and proactive helpdesk service to the Trust together with delivering effective admin support to the wider Estates management team. Interviews will be held at our Broughton Offices on the 4th & 5th June 2025 Main duties of the job This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who has a track record of delivering excellent customer service. The team is looking for applicants who effectively communicate; face to face, by phone and in writing with a wide range of people including staff and external stakeholders such as partner organisations and sub-contractors. Applicants will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, able to show initiative and prioritise their own workload as well as being a strong administrator familiar with using multiple software applications. Experience of using a Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system would be an advantage. About us North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport. Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need. Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident. We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England.
