Purovets has a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join an RCVS-accredited 24-hour small animal hospital in North West London. This role not only offers the chance to advance your career but also provides the unique opportunity to become a Branch Partner. As a Branch Partner, you will own a share of the practice and bring your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional client and patient care.
Our client is a bustling 24-hour hospital in the heart of North London, recently recognised as one of the city's best veterinary practices. The hospital features a highly experienced team, inspiring leadership, certificate holders, and fantastic nursing and support teams. With a dedicated reception and night team, the hospital is currently undergoing a state-of-the-art refurbishment.
The hospital houses an MRI/CT unit, allowing for the treatment of numerous interesting neurology, medicine, surgical, and other cases. It is also equipped with endoscopy, arthroscopy, digital x-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitors, in-house blood work, and much more. Additional features include a spacious garden, two dedicated staff rooms, and close proximity to the station, creating a friendly and social team environment.
The successful candidate will be an experienced RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with demonstrated clinical leadership skills. You should have a track record of delivering exceptional patient and client care and strong commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activities. You will also need to be adept at working as part of a team and using coaching and influencing skills to bring out the best in every colleague.
