Our client, a dynamic nationwide management business, is seeking a positive, hard-working, and energetic individual to join their team as a full-time administrator.
You will be providing full administration support to the audit and enforcement team.
The Role:
1. Manage customer accounts by adding and editing information.
2. Address customer queries related to their accounts.
3. Maintain and update site information and tariff details.
4. Handle invoicing and credit transactions.
Audit:
1. Enter income data into spreadsheets.
2. Regularly check pay machine activity and identify any faults.
3. Conduct occasional on-site audits at car parks.
4. Resolve and report income discrepancies.
5. Administer secure cash collections.
Enforcement/Parking Charge Notices:
1. Process new PCNs and handle appeals.
2. Assist colleagues and customers with PCN-related issues.
3. Manage debt recovery inquiries.
General Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer emails efficiently.
Skills and Abilities Required:
To succeed in this role, you must:
1. Demonstrate strong customer service abilities.
2. Be proficient in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
3. Have good numeracy and data input skills.
