Job Description
The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This includes managing warranty claims, coordinating with technical support teams, and maintaining accurate records of sales and warranty parts stock. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage warranty claims from dealers and liaise with technical support teams as needed.
* Conduct weekly warranty meetings with support teams and prepare quarterly warranty invoice reports.
* Liaise with OEM warranty departments on issues related to warranty claims.
* Manage spare parts sales for dealers and customers.
* Ensure accurate records of sales and warranty parts stock.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience working with SAP systems and CRM tools.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
