ICB (Projects) Ltd, specialising in the Design, Supply & Installation of Solar PV & Green Roofs, is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· To manage the running, development, and growth of ICB (Projects) Ltd.
· In doing so to assist with the formulation of Sales & Marketing policy.
· To help formulate and work to company goals in terms of sales and performance.
· To manage the ICB Projects team – internal and external
· To take ownership of the quality of service we provide.
· To handle the logistics of the operation – men & materials
· To meet and liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, contractors etc, to provide technical and commercial advice.
· To help ensure ICB Projects has the resources needed to successfully complete all work.
· To carry out site visits/surveys as required, monitor work and report back.
· To assist with potential product identification and development.
· To present ICB Projects products and services to interested clients.
· To promote the good name and reputation of ICB and maintain good customer relations.
· To complete all relevant paperwork accurately and as required to comply with ICB and client requirements, and with the ISO Quality Management System.
· To update the customer database regularly and routinely.
· To be familiar with and implement Company Quality Policy and Procedures.
· To undertake training as required and to develop and maintain personal skills to fulfil the above to the required standards.
· Any other tasks which may be reasonably requested or determined in accordance with the employee handbook.
Requirements
Essential:
· Business Management qualification and/or have relevant Construction Industry experience in a senior management role
· Knowledge of Construction Health & Safety requirements
· Knowledge of Project Management
Desired:
· Knowledge of Roofing and Renewable energy installations

This is a full-time position based at our Poole HQ.
The position attracts a company vehicle.
