Project Manager for 9 month period on fixed term contract basis. Coordinate project across different workstreams, ensuring alignment with goals, deadlines met, and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and Execution: Develop/Review detailed project plans, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with goals.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate tasks across workstreams, assign tasks, and facilitate communication amongst team members.
* Stakeholder Management: Engage workstream leads, senior managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
* Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and review with key project stakeholders.
* Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
* Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance.
* Reporting: Compile and present project status to management.
Requirements:
* Several years experience in project management, ideally across different workstreams. Supply Chain experience advantageous.
* Good communicator with strong organisational skills.
* Professional qualification such as PMP or Prince2 advantageous.
* Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels and confidence to ensure project stays on track.
