We’re recruiting for a Project Controls Manager on behalf of our client to deliver a pioneering, large-diameter, high-pressure cross-country pipeline project. Key Responsibilities: Lead programme and reporting management across engineering and construction phases. Collaborate with project teams to align operations and commercial strategies with the project plan. Manage KPI reporting and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee project planning, cost control, and risk registers, including real-time progress reporting. Lead integrated project planning and schedule development using Primavera P6. Requirements: Experience: 10 years in large-scale, multi-phase construction projects, with 5 years in a leadership role in Project Controls. Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Primavera P6, risk management (preferably Monte Carlo simulation), and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent experience. Skills: Proven leadership, strategic reporting, and collaborative project environment experience.
