In this role, you'll manage the entire data product lifecycle, from prototype to deployment, collaborating with business, digital, and development teams to ensure each product drives measurable success. Your work with stakeholders will gather key requirements, craft solutions, and deliver reliable data endpoints for both internal and external applications. You'll stay ahead with the latest in data integration, APIs, and digital technology, setting quality standards, driving user adoption, and ensuring documentation and release management for robust and widely-used data products. Day to day Lead the development and execution of data product strategies, prototypes, and improvement of existing products to enable a range of consumption initiatives into internal and external digital applications. Collaborate with teams from different departments to identify business needs and convert them into requirements and solutions, advertising usage and adoption of the subsequent assets. Manage end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business objectives. Lead squads of data product analysts, data engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to successfully implement innovative data solutions, feeding various systems. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of products and drive continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, recommending new approaches to enhance our feed and provisioning capabilities for core data and ML outputs Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging creativity and out-of-the-box thinking About you Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in managing data product development and qualification of value. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital data products or data as a product Developed direct data feeds and/or APIs with a strong understanding of their construction, dependencies, governance and authentication Experience in delivering data products to CRM applications such as Adobe Experience Platform/SalesForce, Contact Centre platforms or other applications where data is required to drive value Be yourself - Our differences make us stronger Our customers come from all walks of life and so do our colleagues.
