We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager at Carnell, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our civil engineering projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Manage Established Sites
2. Reviewing H&S Paperwork
3. Identify Engineering discrepancies
4. Plan and oversee all aspects of a project
5. Planning and scheduling project timelines
6. Carrying out method statement and risk assessment
7. Managing project administration, including all site documentation
8. Reporting regularly to senior management
9. Organise resources (labour, plant, materials, sub-contractors) on each site
10. Manage performance of Supervisors and Foremen
What We’re Looking For

* A degree or equivalent (HND/HNC) in construction management or project management
* CSCS Gold Card
* SSSTS or SMSTS essential
* NRSWA preferable
* Competent with MS Project
* Proven experience in Project Management within the construction industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word, with strong analytical and reporting skills
* UK driving license required
* Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
