Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Site-Based to start / then 2 days WFH after probation)

* Working with a well-established Food Manufacturer - You'll be working with major retailers and other big name customers to build relationships, drive sales, and improve service on significant commercial accounts.

* A sound foundation in a commercial/account management function within the Food industry and a keen interest in developing your career in commercial account management.
* Experience in a sales background with transferable skills for success. An enquiring mind and a fastidious attention to detail are essential!

Tell me more about the job
* Building customer relations and identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts will be the core of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will assist and eventually own the management of key accounts with major grocery retailers.
Beyond that:
* Manage customer relationships and the P/L account for your portfolio/category of products.
* Ensure strong relationships with the procurement team for accurate margin forecasts, high quality, and strong inbound performance.
* Manage the marketing and sales of a portfolio of products, which may change depending on supply windows and new product developments. Ensure key category objectives set by your line manager are achieved.
