Salary: £51,500
Hours: 41 hours per week (including 18 supernumerary hours)
Our client, a well beautiful nursing home providing high-quality care for older adults with nursing and dementia care needs, is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join their dedicated team. With a Good CQC rating, this service is committed to ensuring a warm, supportive environment where residents receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse-qualified professional with leadership experience to step into a key management position. Working closely with the management team, the Deputy Nursery Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and operational efficiency within the service.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
* Support the Registered Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring dignity, respect, and compassion remain at the heart of all practices.
* Lead and support staff with training, development, and revalidation processes.
* Manage clinical governance and ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.
* Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and external professionals to enhance the quality of care.
