Our client is looking to recruit a ‘frontline’ Customer Account Controller to join their team for a contract period of 18 months.
You will have excellent customer care skills, handling orders via telephone and email, managing available stock, standing orders, and ensuring a first-class level of service is delivered to customers, maximizing satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing customer contracts and scheduling regular assessment meetings.
2. Making necessary changes to pricing points and reviewing these with customers.
3. Conducting regular customer reviews on quality control and reporting to relevant departments.
4. Reviewing stock levels to ensure customers do not run out of regular items.
The ideal candidate will be:
1. An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
2. Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information.
3. Able to make timely and informed decisions.
4. A good team player.
Essential Skills:
Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service role.
