Maidenhead – Hybrid - 1/2 day in the office, 4 days from home
MUST be able to commute to maidenhead once a week
Up to£23,500 DOE

My client, based in Maidenhead, are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy friendly team!
You will be answering incoming calls and some duties will include:
* Responding to queries and customer requests via phone and email
* Liaising with internal departments
* Updating customers
* Updating CRM system
Essential criteria:-
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Work well under pressure
* Objection handling
* Experience of call handling
