As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. You will deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas. Activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, looking after customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times and to keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You'll be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
Responsibilities
1. Interact with customers and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and toilets.
3. Assist with children’s activities and special events.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and management.
5. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you. You should possess effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact. The ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.
