Job Title: National Account Manager
BEAR, a rapidly growing natural foods company, is seeking a motivated National Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our international expansion and work within a dynamic, ambitious environment.

We are dedicated to transforming snacking habits with our pure fruit snacks and other healthy products, made without added nonsense. Since our inception 14 years ago, our products are now available across UK supermarkets and stores, and we are expanding globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic business plans with key customers in the Out-of-Home (OOH) channel, optimizing sales during key trading periods.
2. Manage P&L and forecasting for assigned accounts, focusing on delivering value, volume, and gross profit margin (GP%).
3. Expand product ranges within key customers, with an emphasis on acquiring new business.
4. Build strong cross-functional relationships with customer contacts across buying, supply chain, and category teams.
5. Utilize customer systems to enhance sales, availability, and compliance, and manage promotional activities.
6. Increase brand visibility through point-of-sale materials, secondary displays, and sampling initiatives.
7. Collaborate with the Category Manager to generate insights that deliver business growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is currently a National Account Manager or an experienced National Account Executive familiar with top FMCG accounts. Key qualities include:
