This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager with a background in managing multiple sites.
Role Overview:
Site management experience working on New Build projects with Carpentry experience essential.
Ability to understand detailed site drawings and relay this information to the carpentry team.
Supervision/Management of the workforce on site to achieve the highest level of productivity.
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Planning and co-ordination of direct labour as well as the management and ensuring that programme is on time and on budget.
Updating of the programme works, preparation of performance and status reports.
Develop a close working relationship with all site personnel to foster a good team spirit.
The Company employ rigorous quality control, quality assurance, health and safety, welfare, and environmental procedures on all projects and as such you must familiarise yourself with our systems and procedures and be available to attend training and inductions courses as required.
