NHS Forth Valley Organisational Development Team has an exciting vacancy for a Learning, Education and Training Administrator.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Learning & Education Administrator to join our dynamic Learning, Education and Training team at NHS Forth Valley. In this role, you will play a key part in the effective day-to-day administration of all learning, education, and training activities. You will provide vital administrative support to the OD and Learning & Education Advisor, the Head of Organisational Development, and the wider OD Team.
As the Learning & Education Administrator, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that training programmes, course bookings, and learning activities are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. Your organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in meeting our team’s objectives and supporting the continuous professional development of staff across NHS Forth Valley.
The Learning & Education Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for a range of learning, education, and training programmes within NHS Forth Valley. Key duties include managing course bookings, responding to queries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring training materials and facilities are up to date and well-maintained. The role involves providing helpdesk support by phone, email, and face-to-face, supporting the use of audio-visual equipment, and maintaining accurate reports on booking and cancellation levels.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software (e.g., eESS, Turas). Experience with audio-visual equipment and Learning Management Systems is desirable. The candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Experience and knowledge of working within a learning, education and training environment is advantageous, however not essential.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
