I am proud to be working with an established Domiciliary Care provider in Cambridge, that are looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor or Deputy Manager to join their team.
What’s on offer?:
1. £28,000-£32,000.
2. 1-day optional working from home.
3. 28 days annual leave.
Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
4. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Registered Manager.
5. To work with the Registered Manager to manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards among care staff.
6. To manage the development of all care staff.
7. To feedback to the Registered Manager about any complaints or issues.
8. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
9. Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Deputy Manager within Home Care.
10. Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
11. Must have a UK driving licence and own car.
