As part of a joint venture with Anglian Water and the @one Alliance partnership, Skanska is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving commercial strategies, ensuring that the company maximises its revenue potential while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop competitive pricing strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What you'll do:
* Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies to enhance the company’s market position and revenue growth.
* Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients and partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment on key commercial objectives and initiatives.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for competitive pricing and product positioning.
* Oversee contract negotiations and ensure all commercial agreements align with the company's strategic goals.
* Provide leadership and guidance to commercial teams, ensuring successful execution of commercial plans and targets.
* Continuously assess and optimise pricing models, ensuring they are both competitive and aligned with business objectives.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and highlight areas for improvement.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Proven track record of delivering commercial strategies that result in revenue growth and market expansion.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and guiding teams to achieve commercial objectives.
