What we are looking for:
* Resource / recruitment expertise.
* Coordinating all onboarding activities.
* Promote best practice, awareness and understanding of key regulations & compliance procedures, HR, government laws and standards, providing guidance & advice.
* Cultivating positive & effective relationships with stakeholders and the supply chain.
* Identification of key strategy, interfaces & timelines in line with project needs.
* Maintaining and development of resource trackers & reports (PowerBI).
* To support all administration relating to resourcing for Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
* Assist with capability activities to include diversity & inclusion initiatives, security vetting, outreach programmes, onboarding campaigns / mobilization to site etc.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Enjoys and thrives on a challenge.
* Innovative & solution focused.
* Adaptable to changing work fronts, environments and challenging situations.
Qualifications:
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HR or related subject.
