Product Collections Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Permanent, full-time position
Our testing laboratories in Hemel Hempstead and Loughborough play an important role in making sure our client's products pass strict safety standards prior to market access, ensuring the highest confidence to consumers at the point of sale.
Your role as a Product Collections Advisor is crucial to the success of our clients as you’ll be supporting their product throughout its testing journey with us. You’ll work closely with our clients and internal colleagues, ensuring that product samples are received and allocated to the appropriate testing laboratories and are tested against industry specific requirements. You will provide an exceptional client experience by proactively liaising with clients to provide updates on their samples which can range from successful pass rates to supporting them with retesting processes if their samples have failed our processes.
This is an incredibly fast-paced but exciting role as you’ll have the opportunity to support well-known brands in taking their products to market!
Additional responsibilities include:
* Liaise with the clients, labs and scheme managers on a regular basis to ensure the clients samples are being managed appropriately and in a timely manner.
* Understand the requirements and needs of the client regarding their samples.
* Support clients through retesting processes if product samples have failed.
* Effectively manage sample due dates and liaise with clients and labs to arrange expected delivery dates.
* Ensure regular communication is kept between the sample chaser and the sales team for any new business that comes through.
* To ensure that all associated administrative tasks associated within the testing process are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Takes ownership for problem resolution where expressions of dissatisfaction are highlighted by the client.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Previous experience within a client focused planning role.
* The confidence to speak directly with our clients and internal teams.
* First class communication and organisation skills will be crucial to this role.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
* The ability to work effectively under your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
