Strategic Partner Director - Salesforce
About the role
This is a strategic partner management role dedicated to one of Capgemini’s core strategic Partners, in the UK Business Unit.
As part of Group Strategic Initiatives and Partners, reporting into the UK Head of Partner Management, Strategic Partner Directors are responsible for the governance and direction of the established partnerships and also for developing incremental joint business in mutual accounts. They manage the ongoing relationship and long-term direction of our strategic Partnerships, with overall responsibility for development of Partner opportunities and strategic deals, joint account planning, leadership communications, management reporting and partner programs. The role maintains strong links with Market Unit and CoE leadership and oversees the relationships between all levels of the BU and its respective counterparts.
The business value created from the position is sustained double-digit growth from Partner bookings, top-down advocacy for must-win strategic deals, differentiation in the market with exclusive strategic initiatives, alignment on portfolio strategy and a consistently strong pipeline of Partner-related deals.
We’ve been collaborating with Salesforce on innovation and on project delivery for more than ten years. Our strengths with the platform span the breadth of Salesforce solution areas, including Data Cloud, AI agents, MuleSoft and Tableau. Together with Salesforce, we help our UK clients to deliver personalized, engaging, relevant and memorable experiences across the entire customer journey.
