A typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor:
* Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members.
* Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members.
* Handle inquiries, appointments, and follow-up calls in a professional and timely manner.
* Manage the membership sign-up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system, and processing payments.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics.
* Collaborate with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members.
* Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
* Promote club programs, services, and events to current and prospective members.
* Attend weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in absence of a Sales Manager.

Desirable Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or fitness environment is desirable, along with strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. A degree or qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
