As a key member of the HR Leadership team, reporting to the SVP of HR, you will be the driving force behind our Talent Management Roadmap. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and Developing Key Talents and Future Leaders : Ensure our critical talents are recognized and nurtured.
Global Talent Acquisition : Lead strategies to attract top diverse talent worldwide.
Championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Define a roadmap that will play a pivotal in shaping our workforce.
You will lead the design and implementation of our organizations talent strategy, aligning talent management practices with business objectives and cultural values across the company. Your work will reflect our commitment to "Act with Heart, Make the Moment, and Be Remarkable," enhancing the employee experience at every level.
You will manage a team of two, including the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and the Global Talent Project Manager, ensuring that our strategic direction amplifies excellence and fosters a supportive, high-performing workplace culture.

1. Extensive experience with a proven track record of developing effective talent strategies in a multicultural environment.
2. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization without direct authority and at ease in navigating in ambiguity
3. Strong analytical skills paired with a passion for using data to drive strategic HR decisions.
4. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal enable successful collaboration with internal stakeholders around the world.
5. A hands-on entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of autonomy, a sense of responsibility, personal drive, and resourcefulness.
