Full Time Risk and Safety ManagerYour Role:
Reporting to the Operations and Sustainability Director, you will:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS).
* Oversee marine safety and hotel safety across all SwimTrek destinations.
* Conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and lead crisis response planning.
* Train staff and guides in safety protocols, emergency response, and first aid.
* Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:Essential:
* Strong communication and management skills.
* Proven experience in safety and risk management, especially in marine and/or hotel environments.
* Knowledge of open water swimming, safety standards, and emergency protocols.
Desirable:
* NEBOSH Diploma or ISO 45001 Auditor certification.
* Experience in adventure travel or outdoor activities.
* Adventure Travel product knowledge

* HOLIDAYS: 33 days (inc. Bank Holidays)

* WORKING HOURS: Full time based on 37.5 hours a week
* FLEXIBLE HOURS: Between 8AM-6PM with remote working options.
