About this opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide specialist support in managing and responding to service requests from our Highways, Transport, and Fleet users. This role involves ensuring timely and consistent communication with customers, developing systems for reporting management information, analysing data to identify trends, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks. You’ll interact with various stakeholders, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information, and help create and maintain a repository of service enquiries.
