Weare searching for committed experienced bank staff to work in ourvery friendly team at the Caterham Minor Injuries Unit.
If you are an experienced Emergency NursePractitioner or Emergency Care Practitioner look no further.
The Unit is open 8am 8pm; 7 days perweek; 365 days per year and there is free parking on site.
Staff development is very important to us and continuous professionaldevelopment is supported.

Main duties of the job
You must be an autonomous practitioner with the skills to take a full history and examination, request investigations, interpret the results, diagnose, and plan treatment then discharge patients attending with undifferentiated and undiagnosed minor injuries and minor illnesses.

Job responsibilities
The Caterham Minor Injury Unit is a nurse-led unit,providing a service for the treatment of minor injuries and minor medicalconditions.
You will...
1. Treat people that walk-in who suffer from a minorinjury or minor medical condition and requires attention.
2. Assess, diagnose, treat patients presenting withminor injury and minor medical conditions.
3. Autonomously take a full history and examination,request investigations, interpret the results, diagnose, and plan treatmentthen discharge patients attending with undifferentiated and undiagnosed minorinjuries and minor illnesses.
4. Be flexible in shift/working patterns.
5. Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination ofthe Unit, and the supervision of the junior and training Emergency NursePractitioners.
6. Be responsible for the management of the Unit inthe absence of the Lead ENP.
7. Take responsibility for ensuring the maintenance ofhigh standards of nursing care and effective development of high quality evidence-basedinnovative practice.
