An opportunity has arisen within Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust to appoint a Community Nursery Nurse to join our Health Visiting Team. Main duties of the job We are looking for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills who has the ability to work independently and as part of a corporate skill mixed team delivering the Healthy Child Programme using a public health approach, which may include leading group work with children and families. As a team player, you will work under the leadership and supervision of the Health Visitors. You will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all aspects of safeguarding children whilst being supported by robust organisational supervision, guidelines and policies.
