Join the Penguin Ward at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children (BRHC), where every day offers the opportunity to make a difference. We are seeking passionate and skilled children’s nurses who have completed their preceptorship to join our dedicated team.
Penguin is our inpatient surgery ward, caring for children aged 0 – 10 years with various surgical conditions. As the regional centre, we accept referrals from the south west of England and Wales into our 22 beds. We are renowned for our capabilities in both emergency and elective surgical cases.
The ward hosts a variety of opportunities to progress your nursing career and skills in paediatric surgery, from neonates to teenagers.
Main duties of the job
We have vacancies for full and part-time nurses who have completed their preceptorship.
If you are a registered adult nurse with experience in working with paediatric surgery patients, we welcome your application. Unfortunately, we are unable to support nurses that require OSCE in order to register with the NMC UK.
