First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Wrexham.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for answering calls and advising tenants/residents on works being carried out, helping to book appointments as necessary, answering queries raised, and passing through calls to the business as required.
My client is a property maintenance and installation organisation, with the Mechanical arm specialising in the servicing, repair, and installation of gas central heating and hot water services to local authority and Housing Association landlords.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls.
* Resolving customer queries and problems.
* Raising notes on the internal company IT system for use by office and field-based personnel.
* Escalating or passing through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
* Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
* Call centre experience or face-to-face customer service experience or sales experience or retail experience.
* Experience of working in a multi-sited company.
* Experience in high volume, high pressure environments.
* Inbound call/service centre experience.
* Customer service experience.
* Administration/data inputting experience.
