Our client, a successful and growing tech business in North Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to develop and manage their team of 8 Internal Account Managers.
Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
3. Monitor team performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
4. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
5. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
6. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
7. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Skills
1. Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of achieving targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire others.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
4. Ability to develop training programmes that enhance team performance.
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools effectively.
6. A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
What’s on Offer:
1. Basic salary of up to GBP37,000 (negotiable based on experience) + commission scheme worth GBP5,000-GBP10,000 annually.
