You will also have completed or started a Level 3 CIPD (or equivalent HR qualification) and you are passionate about delivering a professional HR service to the wider company. What will you be responsible for delivering? Acting as a first line of support and advice to managers. Issuing and ensure all relevant paperwork relating to starters and leavers is chased, checked and processed, including offers, medicals, induction, ID cards and referencing. Providing support to the HR department, including minute taking and co-ordinating one off and regular events such as Corporate Induction, HR Team meetings, Job Evaluation and Staff Council. Maintaining and updating personal files and arrange archiving of files to ensure efficient retrieval when required. Coding invoices for payment and ensure signature and timely return to finance department. Triaging and responding to all emails within the HR inbox and AskHR system efficiently and forward complex emails to the relevant advisor /HR BP Carrying out user acceptance testing for HR system upgrades and providing suggestions on how to improve the use of the system to reduce administration. Continuous improvement of HR Systems and practices, developing templates to help support managers Assisting the HR Advisor/HR BPs with preparation of documents e.g disciplinary/investigation. What do you bring to the role? You are currently undertaking / completed a Level 3 CIPD (or equivalent HR qualification). You have some administrative experience and can use multiple systems simultaneously. You have experience of supporting on system implementations (Workday specifically would be beneficial). You are IT literate and have excellent knowledge of MS package. You are self-motivated, passionate and highly organised in your approach. You are willing to undertake research / training to enhance your knowledge of HR (particularly current and upcoming HR legislation). What can you expect from us?
