Operations Administrator – Thetford
About the role
Reporting into the Operations Supervisor, this role will be responsible for supporting the central terminals with day to day administrative activities including raising purchase orders, placing order for products and stocks administration. The Operations Administrator will also liaise with customers and stakeholders on a daily basis and when require provide cover for the Pipeline Protection Administrator also based in Thetford. This role is office based, Monday – Friday 08.00-16.00
About You
In order to join our team you will need a GCSE (or equivalent) result in English and Maths alongside experience working within an office environment and dealing with clients/customers.
In order to succeed in the role you will need to have the ability to manage your workload to work within deadlines and be able to communicate with a variety of colleagues and customers.
