Job Details:
* Position: Business Development Manager
* Location: Leeds
* Join a well-established, growing children's residential provider supporting children across Yorkshire with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Seeking an ambitious individual to drive business growth while providing quality support to children and young people.
* Responsibilities include building the company's profile and expanding the business in line with strategic plans.
* Implement and deliver a business development strategy.
* Generate new relationships, collaborate with commissioners, and strengthen existing partnerships.
* Work alongside the Senior Management Team, ensuring the company's ethos is upheld.
* Office-based role in Leeds.
Salary and Contract:
* £50,000 - £60,000
* Full-time, permanent position
* Monday to Friday
Requirements:
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management or degree qualification
* Proven experience in a business development role
* Valid Driving Licence
