The Role As a Central Planning Unit Coordinator, youll play a vital role in optimising our operational efficiency and supporting business needs through effective route planning. Youll utilise technology tools to plan routes for CViT and ATM services, constantly monitor route data, and analyse performance to maximise efficiency. Youll also support management in efficient team rostering, assist with onboarding new clients through site surveys, and ensure all operational processes meet company standards. If youre detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering streamlined solutions, this role could be a great fit for you About You To excel in this role, you'll need to be organised, resourceful, and able to think logically to solve problems - whether you're working independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms are essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English/Welsh (or equivalent) are required. You should be comfortable using various systems and software and able to adapt to changing circumstances. Whilst a good understanding of driving hours rules and regulations is beneficial, having a positive, learning-oriented attitude will be key to thriving in this position.
