Role Overview
They are looking for a Deputy Head Of Department. This department is the most diverse and changing within their retail team and is known for its excellent service and high standards. They are looking for someone that will ensure these high standards are maintained daily by maintaining shopfloor presence and directing the team to get the best results.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the Head of Department to engage and develop the team to assist them in reaching their full potential. The successful candidate will have retail experience. You will have a proven track record of leading a team. You will enjoy the challenge of leading a team to achieve high standards and sales targets and have a passion to succeed and deliver excellence. Due to consistent growth this is a relatively inexperienced team so someone that loves to train and watch the team develop is essential.
