We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with teachers and support staff, to plan and deliver effective English language support to our EAL students to speed up their acquisition of English and facilitate access to the curriculum.
You will have a passion for championing EAL students; mentor students and teach small groups, establishing productive working relationships, acting as a role model and setting high expectations to help students through a formative stage of their education.
The successful candidate must be:
* Committed to making a positive difference to the lives of students and staff. Resilient with a strong personal drive. Passionate about securing the most productive learning opportunities for students with EAL needs in school.
We will offer you:
* A positive and innovative learning culture, where wellbeing and workload are effectively managed. A dedicated, highly skilled and committed staff, upholding high expectations and aspirations for all of our students. A strong sense of community and a warm, welcoming workplace.
