What we are looking for:
* Trainers with an Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
* Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, and/or presenting to adult groups
* Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
* Must own a car and have insurance for business use (mileage paid) or have access to suitable public or private transport
* An enhanced DBS check is required.
About the Role:
* Deliver training courses and conduct assessments professionally and consistently, meeting St John Ambulance standards
* Maintain professional competence according to organizational requirements
* Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
* Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to uphold high training standards
* Pilot new training initiatives when needed
* Accurately complete and submit all relevant course documentation promptly
