Job Title: Supply Teacher

Salary: £120-£180 per day (depending on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking passionate, adaptable, and reliable Supply Teachers to join our network of schools in Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby. As a supply teacher, you will provide cover for absent teachers on a short- or long-term basis across a variety of subjects and age groups. This is a great opportunity for teachers who want flexibility, experience working in diverse school environments, and the chance to focus on teaching without the extra responsibilities of full-time roles.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects (depending on school needs)
Follow lesson plans provided or, when necessary, create engaging lessons to inspire students
Ensure the progress, well-being, and safety of all students
Manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s policies
Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions between cover sessions
Mark and assess students’ work as required during longer placements
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous teaching experience, ideally in UK schools
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel between schools in Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby
Excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo a DBS check)
